Last Updated: April 21, 2026

1. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing or using StackLab, you agree to these Terms of Use. “StackLab,” “we,” “our,” and “us” refer to STACKLAB LLC. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the app or related services.

2. Educational Purpose

StackLab is an educational and training tool. It is intended to help users study and practice poker-related concepts. StackLab does not guarantee improved performance, financial results, winnings, or any specific outcome.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use StackLab. By using the app, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

4. Accounts

You may use StackLab in guest mode or sign in through supported account providers, including Google or Apple. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity conducted through your account.

5. Subscriptions

Some StackLab features require a paid subscription.

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

Payment is charged to the user’s Apple App Store or Google Play account when the purchase is confirmed.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period, subject to the rules and policies of the applicable app store.

Prices, available plans, free trials, and promotional offers may vary by platform, location, or time and will be shown before purchase.

6. Payments and Billing

All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store or by Google through Google Play. STACKLAB LLC does not directly store or process users’ complete payment-card information.

Billing, refunds, payment disputes, and transaction processing may also be governed by the policies of Apple or Google.

7. Cancellation and Subscription Management

Users may manage or cancel subscriptions through their Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.

Deleting the StackLab app or deleting a StackLab account does not automatically cancel an active subscription. Users must cancel through the applicable app store.

8. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to:

  • use StackLab in violation of applicable laws or regulations;
  • interfere with or disrupt the app, website, servers, or security systems;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data;
  • copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or exploit the app except where permitted by law;
  • use automated systems to scrape, extract, or misuse app content;
  • impersonate another person or misrepresent an affiliation with STACKLAB LLC.

9. Intellectual Property

The StackLab app, website, software, designs, branding, text, graphics, features, and other original content are owned by or licensed to STACKLAB LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of any StackLab intellectual property to the user. Users receive only a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the app in accordance with these Terms.

10. Suspension and Termination

STACKLAB LLC may suspend or terminate access to StackLab if a user violates these Terms, misuses the app, creates security or legal risk, or engages in conduct that may harm StackLab, its users, or third parties.

Users may stop using StackLab at any time.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

StackLab is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, STACKLAB LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to use of, or inability to use, StackLab.

This includes loss of data, revenue, profits, business opportunities, or anticipated savings.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
